# Terms of Service for FITNESS KINGDOM Last updated: September 16, 2026 Welcome to FITNESS KINGDOM! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your membership, attendance, and use of our facilities, website, and services. By registering as a member or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. ## 1. Membership Rules & Attendance - All members must register and check in using our access control system (e.g. fingerprint or member login) upon entry. - Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable unless explicitly stated in your contract. - Members must comply with the rules and guidelines posted in our facility, including code of conduct and hygiene standards. ## 2. Payments & Fees - Membership fees must be paid in advance according to the chosen package. - Late payments may result in suspension of facility access. - We reserve the right to modify membership pricing. Any changes will be communicated in advance. ## 3. Physical Health & Disclaimer - Fitness training and gym facilities involve inherent risks of injury or health issues. - You declare that you are in good physical health and have no medical condition that prevents you from participating in physical exercise. - Consult with a physician before starting any training program. FITNESS KINGDOM and its staff are not responsible for any personal injuries, illness, or property damage occurred on gym premises. ## 4. Facility and Code of Conduct - Re-rack weights after use and wipe down equipment. - Respect other members, coaches, and staff. Disruptive, offensive, or hazardous behavior is grounds for immediate membership termination. - Lockers are provided for daily use only. Do not leave valuables unattended. FITNESS KINGDOM is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
